At The Mvement Studio, every Pilates class is designed to make you stronger, more mobile, and energised—without the guesswork. We take an evidence-based approach, meaning everything we do is backed by research to help you move better, build strength, and feel amazing.

Our small-group Pilates classes in the Norwich countryside give you the personal attention you need to push past limits, try things you wouldn’t do on your own, and see real progress. Whether you're here to lift, stretch, or sweat, we’ve got a class for you!

 

Yoga MovES

Reformer 

What can I expect: Reformer class is a resistance based sculpting class that works your whole body.  You’ll tone, build and strengthen with satisfying sequences, focusing on major muscle groups - legs, glutes, arms and of course your abdominals! With small class sizes, attention can be given to ensure you are able to find the right level for you, progress and get the most from the exercises. Levels of class are available to ensure you feel you are able to feel equally confident and challenged. 💪 Reformer Pilates – Strength meets mobility in a dynamic, full-body workout. Expect challenge, control, and results.

What will I feel like after: Strong, energised and sweaty! 

Who is it for? 

Foundation: open to beginners or those who prefer a gentler pace to start out at and to progress a little slower. 

Level 1: Suitable for those new to reformer, Prenatal and those who prefer to stay closer to the ground!

Level 2: Suitable for anyone who has taken up to 5 reformer classes and wants to be pushed! 

Cost: £22.50 for single class pass, £125 for 8 class pass. There are also mix and match options available please see our plan page 

Reformer

Matwork

What can I expect: This Pilates class is a whole body workout focusing on mobility, strength and control. Level and intensity options are given so you can enter any of our classes and feel confident you will be both challenged and supported to develop your practice.  

What will I feel like after: Did we really do all of that in 45 minutes?! (walks out feeling uplifted, a little taller, but feeling like you've worked!)

Who is it for? Anyone, all ages and abilities 

Cost: £10 for a single class, £55 for a pick and mix class pass ( 4 x 30 min and 4 x 45 min classes)

£65 for a 8 class pass

Circuit

Strength Circuit 

What can I expect: This class will ask you to push, pull, twist, lunge, squat and smile! Bring your handweights and join the fun! Levels will be provided so gains can be made by all....advancing yourself is the aim! 

What will I feel like after:  Energised and amazed at what your body can do! 

Who is it for? All levels and abilties welcome. 

Cost:  £10 for a single class, £55 for a pick and mix class pass ( 4 x 30 min and 4 x 45 min classes)

£65 for a 8 class pass

Yoga

What can I expect: A powerful, strength-focused yoga practice to improve mobility, stability, and control—perfect for those who like to flow with purpose.

What will I feel like after: a little bit taller, some fire in the abdominals and a sense of grounding and quiet confidence. 

 

Who is it for? Open to all levels, with plenty of modifications and progressions for those that want more.

Cost: £10 for a single class, £55 for a pick and mix class pass ( 4 x 30 min and 4 x 45 min classes)

Cardio

Cardio 30

What can I expect: This short pilates class is a low intensity but pulse raising session for those who want to mix up their workout! This session will be based on interval training; mixing cardio, pilates and endurance. We will use body weight and weights raise your heart rate, get sweaty and feel the burn. There will be motivation and support to keep on going. The class will end with some juicy stretches to leave you feeling good and ready to take on the rest of your day! 

What will I feel like after: Red faced, jelly legged, but pumped with the endorphins flowing! 

 

Who is it for? Anyone with no underlying health conditions and who are up for the challenge! 

 

Cost: £8 for a single class, £45 for 8 class pass and £55 for a pick and mix class pass ( 4x 30 min and 4 x 45 min classes)

Foundation

Foundation 

What can I expect: This Pilates class is taking you back to the foundations of Pilates, visiting the central concepts and building your understanding of what each exercise is asking of you. Perfect for beginners or people who would like to take some time to revisit the foundation levels of exercises. 

What will I feel like after: Stronger, uplifted and confident!

Who is it for? Suitable for people who want to take time to refine their skills or who are completely new to Pilates!
