That’s where Pilates came in—it transformed my strength, precision, and mobility. And later, as a new mum, it helped me rebuild not just physically, but mentally too.
Now, I help busy women—from everyday athletes to those just starting out—build strength, improve mobility, and feel truly energised. My approach is modern, dynamic, and evidence-based—no rigid rules, just movement that works for real life.
